Vision and Mission
Our Mission: Providing Opportunities for a quality education.
Our Work Matters:
St. Mike’s truly is a college preparatory school. I received tuition assistance from the Foundation all six years I attended St. Mike’s and it wasn’t until I entered college that I truly understood the value of such a gift. When another student at college commented how lost they were in most of their classes; I realized how lucky I was. I not only had an education and athletic opportunities of the highest caliber, but I also finally understood the cost of being unprepared and the value of being prepared. If the Foundation hadn’t provided tuition assistance for my tenure at St. Mike’s; I wouldn’t have seen such value realized. I am grateful to the Foundation and to my parents who saw that the cost of tuition was worth the value of a great education at St. Mike’s. Ryan Eustice, Class of 2008
As I finish up a degree in anthropology with a minor in religious studies, I think back to the opportunities St. Michael's offered me: real college prep courses, open dialogue about spirituality, and a phenomenal World Religions teacher--all of which were crucial to my continued interest in these topics. To top it all off, St. Mike's being situated near the heart of the City Different gave me a unique perspective on life, spirituality, culture, and family. Santa Fe, St. Mike's, and the opportunities provided by the Foundation have shaped me in so many subtle and profound ways that I don't dare try to list them all! I am forever grateful to the Foundation and their continued efforts to bring these opportunities to today's youth.

St. Michael's High School Foundation has been in existence for over 23 years, founded in 1990 by Brother James "Nic" Grahmann, F.S.C.; John Pound, and Matt Zamora to support tuition assistance needs for students of the high school.
The Foundation is primarily volunteer driven and has been wildly successful at its mission to provide tuition assistance to students in need regardless of social or economic status.
In 2013, the Foundation hosted an evening with Brother Nic about his vision and focus to create a Foundation that would further aid students in pursuit of a quality Lasallian education at St. Mike's.
